1. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open worldwide to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of The Chosen Sleuth (“Sponsor”), its affiliated brands, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsorship
This Giveaway is sponsored by The Chosen Sleuth.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on July 5, 2026, at 12:00 AM EDT and ends on September 5, 2026, at 11:59 PM EDT (the “Entry Period”).
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter the Giveaway. All entries hold an equal chance of winning. Limit of one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.
- Method 1: Book Your Trip (Automatic Entry) During the Entry Period, individuals who successfully register and pay the required deposit for The Chosen Sleuth’s January 2027 Israel Trip will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway. (Note: If multiple people are registered under one booking, each individually named and paid adult traveler receives one entry).
- Method 2: Mail-In (Free Alternative Method of Entry) To enter without booking a spot on the trip, legibly handprint your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a standard 3” x 5” card and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to:The Chosen Sleuth 627 S JAMES M CAMPBELL BLVD # 415 Columbia, TN 38401Each valid mail-in card received will count as one (1) entry. Limit of one (1) mail-in entry per person. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 5, 2026, and received no later than September 8, 2026.
5. The Prizes
Two (2) winners will be randomly selected to each receive one (1) ticket to the upcoming The Chosen Sleuth trip to Israel. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $4,897 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $9,794 USD.
Prize Fulfillment:
- If a winner is a registered traveler (Method 1): The Sponsor will refund/credit the winner for the cost of one (1) ticket they have already purchased, not to exceed the ARV of $4,897.
- If a winner is a mail-in entrant (Method 2): The winner will receive one (1) ticket to join the trip. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.
Travel Logistics & Restrictions:
- Required Travel Dates: The trip is scheduled for January 6, 2027, through January 16, 2027. The winners must be available to travel on these exact dates. Inability to travel on these dates will result in prize forfeiture and the selection of an alternate winner.
- For US-Based Winners: The prize includes round-trip international airfare departing exclusively from Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) in New Jersey, plus the guided land tour in Israel. The winners are entirely responsible for their own travel and expenses to and from Newark (EWR).
- For International Winners: The prize is strictly a land-only package for the guided tour in Israel. The winners are entirely responsible for booking and paying for their own round-trip flights to and from Israel.
- Exclusions: The prize does not cover passports, visas, travel insurance, personal incidentals, meals outside the itinerary, or any other expenses not explicitly stated. The winners must possess valid passports with at least six months of validity remaining from the date of travel.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about September 9, 2026. The potential winners will be notified via the email provided at the time of trip registration or on their mail-in entry.
The winners must claim their prize within three (3) days of the initial notification. If a winner fails to respond, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries for that specific ticket.
7. Taxes
Each winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, local, or international taxes associated with their prize. If required by law, the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to each winner for the fair market value of the prize.
8. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. If the trip itself is canceled due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Giveaway without awarding the prizes, and all paid deposits will be subject to the standard trip refund policy.
9. Governing Law
This Giveaway and its rules are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
